Link Metadata and MP3 Backup FAQ

Why are some tracks unavailable?

Some tracks may not have a matching independent source available. Spotisaver does not access Spotify audio, so availability depends on external source matching and metadata accuracy.

Is it legal to use Spotisaver?

Spotisaver is intended for personal backups of content you have the legal right to copy. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and the terms of any services you use.

Can Spotisaver turn a Spotify link into an MP3 backup?

Yes, in a metadata-based workflow: Spotisaver processes user provided Spotify links and prepares personal MP3 or ZIP backups from independent external sources where available. It does not download audio from Spotify.
