3. What You Are Paying For

By purchasing Premium access, you are paying for:

• priority processing,
• increased limits (for example, larger playlists),

You are not purchasing any music or media content.

4. Refund Policy

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

A refund may be granted in the following cases:

• the service is completely non-functional for an extended period of time,
• serious technical issues on our side prevent the use of core features.

Refunds are generally not provided if:

• the user has already used the service.

5. Abuse and Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may result in:

• suspension of access,
• permanent restriction from using the service.
